It’s a Jupiter, Venus, and Gemini week in the cosmos. And it’s going to stay like that for awhile.

First, the Sun moved into Gemini on Monday. Then, Jupiter made a conjunction with Venus on the 23rd. 12 hours later, Venus moved into Gemini. And…Jupiter is following Venus into Gemini tomorrow.

Here are the dates these three bodies will be in Gemini:

Sun: May 20 – June 20

Venus: May 23 – June 17

Jupiter: May 25, 2024 – June 9, 2025

So…what does all this mean?

Let’s take a few minutes and befriend the energies of Gemini, Venus, and Jupiter.

First, let’s learn about Gemini.

As the mutable air sign, Gemini is the quickest thinker of the zodiac signs. Gemini loves trying new things, learning, and chatting with a variety of people.

Gemini is getting to know your neighbors. It’s a class of kindergarteners learning about bees. It’s Instagram reels. It’s someone who needs to talk to everyone at the party. It’s changing what you were talking about in the middle of a sentence. It’s the interconnectedness of all things.

In the tarot, Gemini is connected to the Lovers card.

The Lovers reminds us to see how other people are different from us…and it also invites us to use our jealousy and attachments to shine a light on the qualities we underestimate in ourselves.

Now let’s focus on Venus.

Venus is beauty, balance, our values, and our sense of our own worthiness.

And finally, Jupiter.

Jupiter is the planet of expansion and the search for meaning. Where Jupiter goes, there’s an opportunity for growth.

Jupiter is the part of you that says yes even when you’re afraid. It’s riding a bus in a foreign city. It’s learning a new language. It’s choosing to believe the best outcome will happen. It’s unbridled optimism. It’s the feeling that there’s always more out there. It’s deep hunger.

The tarot card that represents Jupiter is The Wheel of Fortune.

Wheel of Fortune reminds you that you will never be able to control everything, and that there are endless forces acting on your life. So you might as well let go, enjoy your life, and believe that the best outcome will happen.

So…what happens when Venus (the planet of knowing our worthiness, beauty, and abundance) and Jupiter (the planet of expansion, optimism, and hunger) enter Gemini (the sign of curiosity, communication, and overthinking)?

Perhaps expansion of our ability to communicate with the people we love? Maybe a deep belief in our own ideas and an openness to inspiration? Or a willingness to follow our curiosity, trusting that our desires are worthy of exploration?
